Spring into QI Submissions!

Enter our drawing through the month of May for a chance to win great prizes!  The winners will be featured on the PHQIX site in early June.

What do you need to do to enter the drawing?

Between April 1 and May 31, submit a quality improvement initiative to PHQIX which has not already been submitted, either in progress or completed. 

1. Complete the PHQIX site registration process (if you are a new to PHQIX)
2. Click on Submit a QI Initiative
3. Complete the submission form
4. Submit the form for review by our expert panel

Details
You must be a public health practitioner with interest and/or experience in quality improvement (i.e., no prizes for spam bots or people without an apparent public health quality improvement affiliation!).

COPPHI and ASTHO awardees are not eligible for the drawing.
