We have all new staff take The Fundamentals and then use the Tool Time set of modules for QI Council members. Sounds like you'll probably want to look at the Tool Time set of modules but The Fundamentals also has good introductory information.
One nice thing about these modules is you can stop at any point and resume right where you were (one disclaimer I'll give though is sometimes the interactive slides freeze/don't load. If you refresh your browser you can go right back to that place and they seem to work each time I've had to do so).
