I am a graduate student in public health at the University of Southern Maine's Muskie School of Public Service. For a public health performance improvement and accreditation preparation project I am working on, we are looking examples of surveys that assess "customer" satisfaction. We are defining "customer" synonymously with stakeholder (as opposed to client or patient).
Would anyone have an example of a survey you've used in your public health departments use to obtain information on stakeholder satisfaction?
Thank you very much!
