We created a libability waiver for all of our employees prior to giving them the code to use the facility, and also require a sign-in and sign-out sheet with the similar liabiity-waiver langauge. Thirdly, we take suggestions for improvement of the facility because it is relatively new and these recommendations have been implemented with the PDSA framework as QI projects.
