The Philadelphia Department of Public Health is in the process of integrating with TRAIN and we'd like to offer PM/QI trainings available on TRAIN. Can anyone suggest trainings available for free on TRAIN that we could offer our staff?
I know many HDs have a Workforce Development Plan as part of PHAB requirements, so if you have an existing list of trainings (even maybe beyond PM/QI only trainings) that your staff take on TRAIN, I'd appreciate sharing that information. It will help guide me to search TRAIN's vast offerings of training opportunities.

It's a great idea to integrate TRAIN with your WFD plan. I found this article titled "Five Ways TRAIN Can Help Affiliate Organizations with Accreditation" by PHF helpful in providing an overview; however, I would be interested in also seeing a list of TRAIN offerings based on an agency's WFD if anyone already has one. Many of us could benefit from this to navigate the overwhelming feeling of trying to select a handful of trainings to offer staff from the list of 3,000+ on TRAIN.
